The Challenge
Devising a route for 60,000 + Dublin Pride parade participants that allows for upwards of 200,000 people to watch and enjoy the parade as well as sourcing, designing and managing a site for the open-air event that rounds off the Festival is the task each year.
This tends to be made all the more complex with the amount of other events on the same weekend growing annually, as well as road works and development scaling up in the city constantly.
The Solution
We operate now as an extension of the core Dublin Pride team, being active on the event almost the entire year.
For the 6 months running up to the Festival, we are in a focused planning phase.
We understood the magnitude of the Dublin Pride Festival when we first worked with them back in 2025. With the Marriage Referendum taking place, one way or another, the day of Dublin Pride was going to be (1) on a scale never before seen and (2) set the scene for Pride Festivals to come.
With the success of the Marriage Referendum, followed the success of the Festival. It truly was a celebration and the happiness Dublin was bathed in that day was something to behold.
Dublin Pride has grown and evolved in a variety of ways since then and we have been on hand to advise, guide and support for 9 years now. We involve a superbly experienced team of Crowd and Event Safety professionals each year to ensure all goes to plan.

The Result
Hundreds of thousands of people participate in and spectate at the Dublin Pride Festival annually, hail, rain or shine.
From Day 1 of our involvement with Dublin Pride back almost 10 years ago now, we’ve worked on a variety of fronts to ensure this annual celebration is all that it can be.
The Festival has seen many changes over the years, some enforced by developments in the city, others decided at Board level within Dublin Pride and more by design to improve the experience of attendees.
It is a major feature in the event calendar in Dublin annually, which involves months and months of work from Dublin Pride and ourselves alike.
