our OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Martin is Operations Director of Safe Events Global and is based in Dublin, Ireland.

With over 30 years of experience in various roles within the event industry, Martin has specialised in the planning and delivery of large-scale, mass-gathering events in Ireland and abroad for over 10 years, with a particular focus on the operational delivery on site.

Martin is particularly adept at Stakeholder Management and bringing disparate parties together to realise an event goal.

He has held key Tactical and Operational roles on a wide range of events in KSA. He is a very experienced Tactical Commander in Event Control.

Areas of Focus

In his role as Operations Director, Martin is highly involved in both our planning work as well as being hands-on with our delivery too. He works with the Senior Leadership Team to set policy and procedure and often finds himself leading, on the ground, on our more complex and challenging projects.

He leads the Operational Team in here, managing our Project Managers, assigning and monitoring projects, liaising with key stakeholders etc.

Martin is, above all else, a vastly experienced and capable event professional. His myriad experience in the industry stands to us regularly.
